Booking Procedures - Please follow
Our booking system is not an automatic process. It involves the WIX/Spaces app, Facebook and time from the volunteer co-ordinators. The team give up their time every week to co-ordinate bookings on a Monday evening, so please ensure all bookings are made by this time.
You should regard your bookings on the apps as requests not confirmation of your row. Your row is only confirmed when it appears on the Facebook schedule.
Going forward, anyone booking after the Monday deadline will not be added to the schedule.
If you cancel a row, you must also message on Facebook schedule and tag the person that is co-ordinating that week. If there is a waitlist, someone could then be offered your place.
Please remember rows are scheduled based on boat and cox availability and while it is understood that events can prevent you attending, be mindful it can also mean the cancellation of a boat/row for the entire crew.
