About the event
Anyone who has registered before are automatically in the ballot unless they can’t make it for this day. Please inform Rezz by email if you are not able to be part of ballot he will arrange a refund.
2 Coxes and 4 Passengers are required for the cost of £10, drink and buffet are included!
The course will be from HQS Wellington to the Westminster Boating Base, Pimlico.
A distance of 2 nautical miles.
Crews to muster on SOUTH BANK at Coin Street Shoal just downstream of Waterloo Bridge at 17:00; cox’s briefing at 17:45.
The Race starts promptly at 19:15 pm.
The race is for TTRA members in four oared Watermen’s cutters and skerries which must be carrying a coxswain and TWO passengers (cox & passengers to wear lifejackets and - ALL crew MUST have a life jacket available in the boat). And all vessels MUST have fenders out when coming alongside. TTRA will not be responsible for damage to craft
(Full regalia ~ Canopies, 4 oars with coxswain & 2 passengers).
Full TTRA members boats must be dressed in full livery regalia and where possible have either the Company Master, Senior Liveryman or Clerk on board.

The starting line is from a line between HQS Wellington and the South Bank.

Spectators / supporters are welcome at the finish point at Westminster Boating Base, Grosvenor Road, SW1V 3JY and for the buffet and prize giving between 18:30 ~ 21:30.
However, all visitors MUST remain in the building reception area whilst crews disembark on the landing stage from where they will then join their visitors in the main building.
The fee is: £25 which is included the buffet and drinks for the crew, £10 for coxswain and £10 for passengers.

The Admiral of the Port Trophy ~ for overall winner.
The Glazier’s Company Rose Bowl ~ for ladies’ crews.
The Tallow Chandlers’ Livery Challenge Cup ~ for the crew where ALL rowers are Liverymen / women of the Company owning / entering the boat.
All trophies promised to be returned to race organiser at WBB ~ thank you.
